bhive studios houses a combined 45,000 sqft of feature-rich office space, divided between its 1510 Birchmount and 1550 Birchmount locations. Offices are available for both short and long-term rental.

Our office spaces are built for both comfort and productivity, encouraging long-term use and promoting maximum efficiency. Units feature newer vinyl flooring, dedicated heating and cooling, natural light, ground-floor access (including ground floor access to 1510 Birchmount’s second level office units) and plumbing rough-ins for a kitchenette or an additional in-suite washroom.

The bhive complex offers multiple in-office washrooms and office furniture rental (desks, sofas, chairs, task lighting, etc.) Additionally, rentals at bhive @1510 Birchmount include access to multiple kitchenettes.
