Unit 110’s primary space has a ceiling height of 19 feet 6 inches and includes a Lennox gas-fed heater (roof mounted), air conditioning, a small utility sink and a double-door to the building’s exterior.

The unit also includes a lounge-style entrance with its own suite of amenities. The lounge is wheelchair accessible and offers one large washroom (toilet, with seat cover paper, and sink), a shower with sitting bench, heating and air conditioning. Floors in the lounge are carpeted.
